We have been foundry experts for over one century. Hard and smart workers specialised in the design and melting of special iron components for the energy, machine tools, presses and infrastructures sectors.
Services
We offer a Full Buy turnkey service.
You can rely on our experience for the entire casting production process: from design to casting, machining, measurement and Zeiss size certificate for finished components of up to 80 tons.
Co-design
Technical office and R&D laboratory to define the forms, geometries and materials of our components according to requirements.
Foundry
Two electric melting furnaces of 16 and 32 tons, and a gas melting unit of 20 tons guarantee a production capacity of 20,000 tons a year.
Machining
Thanks to our cutting edge plants, we are able to machine and certify castings in-house.
Tests and measurements
Chemical analyses, hardness and measurement tests, fatigue tests: we offer this service also on a subcontracting basis.
