Fonderie Ariotti’s project dedicated to stories of integration will be presented in the Brescia Water Park
We are proud to announce that, on the occasion of Bergamo Brescia Italian Capital of Culture 2023, our company blog “Fusioni – Storie di fonderia” has been selected among the many candidates in the Confindustria Brescia competition “Fabbrica del Futuro”, and it is among the seven winners of the “Enterprise-Territory Synergy” section.
It is an honor and a satisfaction, because Fonderie Ariotti is located exactly halfway between Bergamo and Brescia and the workers whose stories we have told in the blog come from both provinces.
“Fusioni”, the mission and the values of the blog dedicated to the stories of Fonderie Ariotti’s workers
In 2021, through our website, we launched “Fusioni – Storie di fonderia“, the company blog dedicated to the emotions, dreams and experiences of the people who work at Fonderie Ariotti. Many colleagues have left their countries of origin and reached Italy and Adro to ensure a future for their children, others still have dedicated their entire working life to Fonderie Ariotti, teaching the profession with passion to the youngest.
In more than 110 years of history, Fonderie Ariotti has managed to bring different souls together: in the production departments there are, together with the Italians, many nationalities, from Romanians to Bosnians, Serbs, Albanians, Senegalese, Tunisians, Algerians, Ghanaians, Indians, Peruvians. There are women and men. Young and old. Different cultures, religions, habits and passions.
In addition to cast iron castings, we have created fusions of cultures and stories.
The corporate blog that celebrates them was created with journalists Silvia Zanardi and Katy Mandurino from the SD Comunicazione team and the online magazine storiedichi.com.
Visibility and enhancement in the “Fabbrica di Futuro” pavilion
“Fabbrica del Futuro” is the name of the pavilion that will see the light in the Brescia Water Park in May, and which will also give space and visibility to our blog, selected together with 30 other projects by companies from Brescia.
The objective of the competition is to stimulate member companies towards good practices related to corporate culture and to propose initiatives within their own work spaces, extending the project to the city of Brescia and the entire province.
To coordinate the contents of the “Fabbrica del futuro” the artistic director Paolo Dalla Sega was appointed, professor at the Catholic University of the Sacred Heart (Department of Communication and Entertainment Sciences) and – among other activities – former artistic director of “Sistema Brescia x Expo” in Expo Milano 2015 and in the Brescia area.
