Moulding large castings for the renewable energy, machine tool, press and infrastructures sectors is our core business, accounting for over 90% of turnover.

We can form flasks of up to 8 metres for large iron castings of up to 70 tons.

Experience and tradition, together with a meticulous design phase, enables us to make complex products and samples very quickly, even for one-off pieces and small serial productions.

The large castings department at Fonderie Ariotti takes the form of a manual moulding line for the larger components, with deep pits which allow us to work in complete safety, and of a semi-automatic no bake line for castings of up to 10 tons, with overturning and drying systems for greater production efficiency.

We have two in-house core departments: by hand for the forming of big cores and ashland for the smaller ones.
